Certificates we issue
After the inspection of your vehicle, we offer two types of certificates based on the results. They are:
- VT20: We issue this certificate when all the components of the vehicle are working properly and do not violate any of the legal guidelines. The vehicle can also pass with minor faults. The vehicle owner is advised to get these faults rectified as soon as possible. They will also be recorded in the MOT system.
- VT30: We issue a VT30 certificate when the vehicle fails the test due to major- or dangerous faults. On the certificate we clearly mention the reason for failure so that the vehicle owner can get the faults fixed.
